ANHD ANEMOMETER

The necessity and the obligation to control the wind speed to ensure the stability of tower cranes subjected to the effect of the wind, requires the use of an anemometer.

An anemometer at the top of the crane and a display in the cabin ensures that the lifting operations are compatible with the wind speed on the load or on the crane and when the wind exceeds the threshold of 72 km / h, that the cranes are put "in weather vane".

The ANHD designed by AGS measures the wind speed, and signals to the crane operator as well as to all personnel, the critical thresholds by visual and audible signals.

The ANHD complies with Recommendation R406 of the CNAMTS of June 10, 2004 and meets the criteria of the tower crane safety standard EN 14439 § 5.4.2.10

The ANHD, specifically developed to meet the requirements and constraints of construction sites, is made up of:

  • A robust, unbreakable anemometer cup sensor with Bus output

  • A cabin display with TFT color screen, full sun "sun light readable", displaying a large digital indicator and a dynamic graphic indicator with memory of maximum wind speeds over 20 minutes, and integrating the management of alarm thresholds and pre - alarms

  • An outdoor light and sound signaling kit

Pre-alarm: orange flashing light

Alarm: red flashing light and siren 115 db

Complementary products available:

  • Very large display: 15 cm high figures, high brightness, visible from a long distance.

    • Wind speed version for AGS anemometer and also compatible with Potain and Liebherr anemometer

    • Temperature version

  • DATA LOGGER" data logger

  • Wind direction sensor
